How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via a FREE tracked service, Monday to Friday.

Customers receive an email from us with a unique tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
In some cases delivery can take 2-4 weeks but it’s usually less. Delays can be related to customs, public holidays, weekends or issues with the provided delivery address. You can subscribe to email updates and track the package with your unique tracking number.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Don’t worry. If your order gets lost in the mail we can provide compensation, in the form of a replacement or refund. Please note the delivery company MUST confirm the parcel as lost before we can proceed with reimbursement. This can take a minimum of 30 days. If 90 days have past and your order has not been received you will be fully refunded as well.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can do this prior to dispatch. We recommend contacting us directly to make sure we dispatch your order to the correct address
